Let there be light could mean many things. It could mean let the darkness of sin, poverty, sickness, barrenness, failure etc disappear, and let God reign. It could be let there be joy, peace, unity, breakthrough etc…..
The Almighty God, the Master Strategist, the Architect-in-charge of a change, He can turn any situation around for good.
