Why is wisdom so important and correlated with dominion? The Bible says, “For wisdom is a defense as money is a defense, But the excellence of knowledge is that wisdom gives life to those who have it.” Eccl 7:12 NKJV
The bible further says, “Wisdom puts more strength in one wise person Than ten strong men give to a city.” Eccl 7:19 MSG
One secret that made Solomon a good leader is wisdom. “Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?” 1 Kings 3:9 KJV
“For he (Solomon) had dominion over all the region on this side of the River from Tiphsah even to Gaza, namely over all the kings on this side of the River; and he had peace on every side all around him.” I Kings 4:24 NKJV
Beloved, if you want to have dominion, you must be full of wisdom. This is possible through a daily study of the Bible. As you study the word of God, the Holy Spirit will reveal wondrous things to you (Psa 119:18)
Father, please help me to spend quality time studying Your Word to gain wisdom IJN.
