Then God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the animals that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided.” Genesis 8:1 NKJV
When the Bible says that God remembered an individual, a group of people or a covenant, it does not mean that He is forgetful. How can the One who created memory forget something?
The phrase “God remembered” simply means that God decided to show Mercy at that point in time. God will show you tender mercy to you today in Jesus Name.
Divine remembrance can also mean God arising to fight on behalf of an individual or a nation, in response to their cry, as He did for the children of Israel in Exodus 2:23-25. God will remember you and fight for you today IJN.
Father, please remember me for good today in Jesus Name.
Shalom!
