“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.” John 4:23 KJV
If your experience of praising God is on a Sunday morning only, with a band and a crowd, your connection to Him will likely be shallow.
The Father is seeking those who will sing to Him in the car, thank Him in the kitchen, and adore Him in the middle of the night. Private worship is where the real bond is formed.
Your praise is a weapon, not just a melody; do not wait for a song leader to tell you to give God glory.
As you worship in the secret place of your life, you will find that fighting battles of life becomes much easier. Let your life be a continuous sacrifice of praise.
Father, please give me a heart that worships You every moment of my life IJN.
Shalom!
