“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.” Colossians 3:12 NIV
What you wear tells much about you—clothes, perfumes, lipsticks, creams, etc.
In the Kingdom of God, emphasis is placed on our spiritual clothing than our physical ones; we are to put on bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering, and love.
These virtues enable us to bear with one another, forgive one another, and demonstrate the love and life of Christ Jesus to our fellow human beings.
We are the light of the world, and salt of the earth. Hallelujah!
Father, I receive the grace to always put on my spiritual clothing to Your glory IJN.
Shalom!
