“God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;” Psalms 46:1-2 NKJV
God’s children should not allow fear in their lives. The only fear we are to entertain is the fear of God.
Fear causes anxiety, timidity, weakness, disease/sickness, laziness, reluctance, etc. The Bible says we should not fear even if the earth is removed, even though the mountains shake and quake.
Why must we not fear in the midst of these terrible natural disasters? The reason is that God is our refuge and strength; He is a very present help in trouble.
It is time to say no to fear!
Father, thank You for being my refuge and strength IJN.
