A Promise of Rest

“God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels.” 2 Thessalonians 1:6-7 NIV

Are you persecuted because of your faith? Are you tired and holding on to your hope in Christ Jesus through all the suffering and challenges you face because you choose to live godly?

Beloved, God knows you’re tired, weary, trying your very best to obey Him, and to live a godly life despite the challenges you are facing each day.

Be encouraged, the promise of rest is real. Faithful is He that promise.

Father, thank You for the promise of rest to the troubled IJN.

Shalom!
