Praise The Lord

“While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.”Psalm 146:2

When you read through the Psalms, you will understand why David praised God so much: God had done a lot for him and he decided never to forget His goodness towards him.

In return, God blessed David so much that he lacked nothing. I know this because God said He was willing to give David whatever he wanted; all he had to do was ask.

“And I gave thee thy master’s house, and thy master’s wives into thy bosom, and gave thee the house of Israel and of Judah; and if that had been too little, I would moreover have given unto thee such and such things.” 2 Samuel 12:8

David was indeed a blessed man. You also can be blessed as he was if only you are willing to praise God like he did.

Decide never to take God’s majesty and grace over you for granted, and you will never lack any good thing. Those who have the attitude of praising God live in abundance.

Father, please help me to praise You always with all my heart IJN.

Shalom!
