The Shadow of the Almighty.
June 16, 2026
Many want the “protection” of the shadow without the “dwelling” in the secret place.
They want God to cover them when things go wrong, but they spend the rest of their time walking far away from Him in their thoughts and actions.
The promise of Psalm 91 isn’t for the person who just visits God during an emergency; it’s for the one who “abides”—the one who makes God’s presence their permanent address.
When you stay in that secret place, the storms and heat of the world may be raging, but you will remain cool and calm under the wings of the Almighty.
Father, I thank You for the safety, peace, and covering that are found in abiding in Your presence IJN.
Shalom!
