Godly Generation

“A good tree produces good fruit, and a bad tree produces bad fruit. A good tree can’t produce bad fruit, and a bad tree can’t produce good fruit.” Matthew 7:17-18 NLT

It is an established fact that a parent’s character is often replicated in his/her children. The Bible severally confirms this principle.

Christian parents should have a time of personal reflection, to examine themselves and consider the implications of their behavior and attitude on their children for generations to come.

Let’s live a life of total obedience to God, so that our children can enjoy God’s blessings for generations to come Psalm 112:1-2.

God keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him and keep His commandments, to a thousand generations Deut 7:9.

Father, please help me to leave a good inheritance for my children’s children IJN.

Shalom!
