Marriage Without Stress | Chapter 1

A stress-Free Marriage is a Possibility.

Mark 9:23

Proverbs 18:22

Theme for chapter: BEHOLD, BELIEVE, BECOME

Nuggets:

1. Anything is possible to anyone that believes.

2. Whatever your heart can grasp, your hand can grab.

3. Work out your stress-free marriage like you work out your salvation

QUESTION:

Is there any marriage on earth without fighting, frustrations, arguments and pain? Is this not just the reality of life?

Yes and No; because Satan is the ruler of the world, see 2 Corinthians 4:4, John 12:31, 2 Timothy 2:26, Colossians 1:13, 1John 5:19. Even though we are in the world, we are not of the world, see John 15:19, John 17:14.

BELIEVE that marriage is a good thing and you can have it all good.

Faith is personal just like your marriage. Your belief and vision determine what type of marriage you will have. Like you work out your salvation, you must work out the type of marriage that you want.

Ask yourself: Should I believe man or GOD? When GOD created marriage, it was a good thing. So, marriage cannot be bad when GOD said that it is good, see Genesis 2:18, Proverbs 18:22, James 1:17.

We need GOD in our marriage for it to be good as GOD planned from the beginning. Consider the animals in Noah’s ark – wild and domestic, none was lost because GOD was there.

What is a stress-free marriage?

Where the fruit of the spirit exist and manifest – Gal 5:22

What can we do?

1. Believe that you can have a good marriage without pain

2. Remove every doubt, unbelief and distractions

3. Build your faith

4. Do not operate your marriage in the flesh (worldly), worldly living brings stress, see John 16:33, John 17:11, 16

Stress-free marriage as our Redemption Package from GOD

We have been redeemed for blessings in all areas of life. Jesus came to deliver us from the life of stress – John 10:10. See 2Peter 1:3 – God’s power has given us everything we need for life and godliness. We should grab our stress-free marriage like our salvation.
