Avoid Unnecessary Exposures

“And he said, What have they seen in thine house? And Hezekiah answered, All the things that are in mine house have they seen: there is nothing among my treasures that I have not shown them.” 2 Kings 20:15

It is very clear that God was not happy with King Hezekiah because he carelessly and ignorantly divulged vital information about himself to his potential enemies 2Kings 20:12-17

Many people are as careless as King Hezekiah in our days. Information Technology has taken over our world. Our lives are now connected to digital space. That which is worrisome is the fact that many people are careless about giving out sensitive information via social media.

Don’t forget that, the more information you give out on social media, the more you risk your life and that of your family members, and even people that are closely related to you. Let us be careful.

Mind what you say in public. Be vigilant wherever you go. Watch your words, your actions, your thoughts, your character, and your habits.

Father, please teach me to order my steps and guard my heart with all diligence IJN.

Shalom!
