“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
Sometimes, there are situations and circumstances that leave many discouraged, weak, depressed or distressed.
What has sapped your strength? For all who trusted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, focus on His finished work and depend on His ability to deliver completely.
By faith, trust the grace that God gives, and not on your own strength, for by strength shall no man prevail 1 Samuel 2:9.
Jesus’ invitation sums it up – “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” Matthew 11:28. This is a promise of strength and rest.
Are you passing through the “valley of discouragement”?
Father, please trengthen all those who are discouraged and lift up those whose heads are bowed down by distress IJN.
