Your heart is under constant influence—what you hear, say, and dwell on impacts your spiritual well-being. That’s why Scripture tells us to guard it—with diligence.
Your heart is the wellspring of your life. From it flows joy or bitterness, peace or anxiety, faith or fear.
It is the place where God plants His word, and also where the enemy seeks to sow doubt. Be mindful of what you are allowing in.
Father, please help me to guard my heart diligently IJN.
