“For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: “In returning and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.” But you would not,” Isaiah 30:15 NKJV
In quietness and confidence shall be your strength. Quietness here doesn’t mean inactivity, it means rest, not agitated by fear or worry.
It’s the kind of calm that comes from knowing your life is anchored in God who is unshakable. Confidence in Him is not based on self-reliance but on the assurance of His promises.
When you begin your day from a place of quiet trust, knowing well that God is in charge, you’ll experience peace rather than pressure.
Father, please help me to start my day in quiet trust and confidence in Your faithfulness IJN.
Shalom!
