As children of God we are so unique. We are joined to God in one spirit. Our bodies are members of Christ Himself.
“Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ himself? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never!” 1 Corins. 6:15
When we abuse our body, we are actually trampling under our feet a precious pearl the Lord gave us, not only because we are created in His own image but also because He paid a high price to redeem us from the curse of sin and death.
We are much more precious than the first Adam, for we are bought with a price that cannot be valued.
Father, thank you for making me so precious in your hands IJN.
