“By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.”2 Peter 1:3 NLT
God has brought us into a life of glory and excellence. All we have to do to enjoy the life He’s given us, is to live in His Word. That’s the key to living our inheritance in Christ and enjoying life to the full.
There’s nothing the Lord hasn’t given us or done for us already. Ephesians 1:3 says, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.” He has already granted us every blessing we could ever imagine.
Our lives, therefore, should be one of praise and thanksgiving to the Lord every day, everywhere and at all times.
Father, thank You for the life of Christ in me that made me one with You IJN.
